A vaccination drive began Monday for 20,000 cattle in South Sudan’s Twic State.

The vaccination campaign was launched by Twic State’s Ministry of Animal Resources and Fisheries in two counties of Twic State.

Deng Majok, a veterinarian in Twic State, told Radio Tamazuj on Monday that the vaccination campaign will help livestock in Wunrok and Turalei Counties.

He further said the vaccination drive will also be extended to the other areas when the next shipment of vaccines arrives from Juba.
