At least one person was killed, two women and three children abducted after separate attacks by gunmen in military uniform in Apuk South County of Gogrial State in South Sudan.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj yesterday, Apuk South County Commissioner, Simon Yel, said the women and children went missing in Wuntiem area on Saturday and their whereabouts remain unknown.

He added that the man was killed on Monday by armed men he suspects to be from Kuac County.
