Another youth member of the greater Bor community in Jonglei State was arrested by national security officials in Juba on Sunday, bringing the total number of Bor youth under arrest in Juba up to 10.

Last Month, nine people from greater Bor County were arrested by national security agents for unclear reasons.

Deng Dau Deng, deputy chairperson of the greater Bor community, told Radio Tamazuj yesterday that he had received information that another young man from Bor community had been arrested by security agents in Juba.

“Yes, security agencies have confirmed to me that they have arrested one person called  Majur Achol after I received information about his disappearance on Sunday Morning following church services in Juba” He said.

Dau called on the community to remain patient and allow security agencies to investigate the reasons behind the arrest of those youths.

A source in Juba identified the arrested young man as chairman of the Bor County Youth Association in Juba, Majur Achol.
