The governor of Sudan’s White Nile state Abdul Hamid Musa Kasha on Saturday visited Al Salam and Jenelain Localities bordering South Sudan.
The visit aimed at acquainting himself with the security, political, and economic situations as well as this year’s agricultural season in the two localities.
During a joint meeting with the security committee and local authorities in the two areas, Kasha was reassured about the flow of commodities, fuel, and other services into the area.
The governor commended the security committees in the two localities for providing security to citizens on the border with South Sudan.
