South Sudan’s National Ministry of Education on Thursday has launched preparations for teams participating in an inter-school completing scheduled to take place by July in the capital Juba.

Jermana Zachariah, Deputy Director of Educational Activity in Wau, told Radio Tamazuj that the National Ministry of Education had directed them to prepare for the upcoming inter-school competition in July.

She pointed out that Wau State will be participating in football, volleyball and handball for boy and girls, meanwhile they will participate in athletics individually.

South Sudan’s National Ministry of Education did not organize any inter-school competition last year in Yambio town due to security tensions.
