Wau State governor, Angelo Taban Biajo on Tuesday issued a number of gubernatorial decrees relieving and appointing new members to his cabinet.
According to the decrees seen by Radio Tamazuj, the governor relieved the advisor for gender Teresa Anyot Odong, Wau town Mayor Hassan Ngor, Deputy Mayor for land affairs Philip Deng Ulak, and the commissioner of the state secretariat Joshinto Matia Mborro.
He then appointed Teresa Zachariah as state advisor for gender, Santino Manut as the commissioner of Marial Bai, Barjuok Uchu Lual commissioner of Kuarjena, Dimo Kon commissioner of the newly established Alur County and Marco Akec Majok as commissioner of Wau Bai
Hassan Ngor was reappointed the Commissioner of the state secretariat, Joshinto Matia the new commissioner of Besselia County, and Philip Deng Ulak the new commissioner of Kangi County.
The governor also appointed Dominic Emilio Bafuka as the new Wau town mayor and Ghoc Deng as deputy mayor for land affairs.
Governor Taban did not provide any explanation to the reshuffle.
