The State Ministry of Health in South Sudan’s Warrap state inaugurated a new ward of for reproductive health at Kwacjok Hospital on Friday.
Minister of health Nyanawut Mayan Kuol told Radio Tamazuj that the facility was opened in order meet the needs of mothers and children, saying doctors in the new ward will educate mothers about reproductive health.
She said the ministry will focus on the issue of family planning in coordination with the National Health Ministry in the capital Juba.
The launch of the ward was attended by a citizens and government officials headed by deputy governor Chol Tong Aleu.
