Chol Thon, caretaker governor of Upper Nile state has issued a gubernatorial on Monday dissolving the entire state cabinet and appointing a new deputy governor.
According to an executive order he issued on Monday following a cabinet meeting, Chol relieved Philip Gwyne from his position as the deputy governor and replaced him with Daktap Chol as the new deputy governor.
The new deputy governor was the former Nasir County Commissioner from 2010 to 2014 when he was relieved from his position and given another assignment as the new minister of physical infrastructure and rural development in the previous government of Simon Kun Puoc.
