A police station has been opened in the Baggari County headquarters in South Sudan’s Western Bahr el Ghazal State, a local official said.
Wau County Commissioner Elia Kamilo Dimo told Radio Tamazuj the police post was funded by the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS).
Dimo said the project cost $50,000. He added the police post was built by the Kenyan battalion in collaboration with local communities in Baggari area.
