Two suspects arrested over killing of MTN technicians in Torit State

A group of local youth from Lobira village in Kideopo Valley County of Torit State on Tuesday arrested two men allegedly involved in the killing of two MTN technicians on Monday.

A group of local youth from Lobira village in Kideopo Valley County of Torit State on Tuesday arrested two men allegedly involved in the killing of two MTN technicians on Monday.

The MTN staff were ambushed and killed between Lobira and Tuhubak villages when they were on their way to Torit.

Speaking to reporters, Torit state governor Tobiolo Alberio Oromo appreciated the youth locally known as Monyomiji in the Otuho language for arresting the suspects and providing security in their area.

Governor Tobiolo said the community of Lobira promised to apprehend the suspects who are still at large.
