At least two people were killed in two separate attacks by gunmen in South Sudan’s Twic State, an official said.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj Friday, the state information minister, Michael Mayuat said those killed were a police officer on duty and a pastoralist in Molbang area of Ajakuac County.
He accused armed opposition forces of carrying out the attacks.
Opposition officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
