Two people were shot and killed by unknown gunmen at Alelthok area in Mvolo County in South Sudan’s Amadi State on Tuesday, a local official said.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Wednesday, Khamis Abdulla, Commissioner of Mvolo County, said the two men were killed while returning back from the market after they had sold a large quantity of sorghum.
“They were attacked by criminals when they were coming back from the market. They were coming from Mokundi of Wulu County and the attack took place at Alelthok,” he said.
