Two killed on farm in South Darfur

A farmer called Farah Suliman and his brother Adam Suliman were killed on Monday inside their farm in al-Salam locality in Sudan’s South Darfur state.

The incident happened when camel herders entered into their farm which they resisted, prompting the herders to shoot them down immediately, according to a family member.

Madawi Mohammed Dau el Bait, a family member of the victims, told Radio Tamazuj that a troop from the Rapid Support Forces from Nyala town arrested a local leader from the suspected perpetrators' village.

He added that the authorities are still following them, saying that police from Katila locality are doing the same.
