Two youth have been arrested for stealing cattle in Mvolo County of Western Equatoria State on Monday, a local official said.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday, the county’s Executive Director, Isaac Togule said the suspects confessed to the crime after thorough investigations, alleging they were sent by their colleagues.
“Those two youth stole six cows on 29 February and managed to escape,” he explained.
He said all efforts are underway to ensure the criminals face justice. The local official urged the local youth to shun the negative practices of stealing.
