Three children have been reportedly abducted in Pochalla North County, according to County Commissioner Ogebe Omot.

The government official indicated that on 7 November tribesmen believed to Gen Kali Burtor, a group of youth from the Murle tribe, abducted one child in Alari area.

On 12 November another group abducted two more children in Nyikani area known also as Owello Payam. All these abductions occurred in Pochalla North County.

The abducted children have not been recovered yet and the move has already caused panic among the residents movement within their areas.

It is not yet clear what is the position of state on the incident.
