South Sudan’s Torit State governor is appealing to the youth to desist from politics and concentrate on education and businesses for self-development.

Governor Tobiolo Alberio Oromo was addressing the youth during the launch of Jackline’s Airline Aviation Company Limited at Hotel Torit on Tuesday.

“Our youth should desist themselves from politics go for businesses, go for studies, enlarge your mind get more knowledge about life in this world,” he said.

He discouraged the youth against politics saying the rich people are business people and farmers.

Alberio said he regrets that the country’s politics has been violent leading to deaths and destruction.
