Terekeka Governor Augustino Laku told Radio Tamazuj on Thursday that the people of Terekeka state experienced rainfall shortage.

“The entire population in Terekeka has no food because there was no rain for the whole year,” Laku said.

Governor Laku appealed to humanitarian organizations operating in the state to avert the imminent food crisis by providing food to the local population.
