Terekeka governor sacks two ministers, appoints county commissioners

Some of the relieved officials did not stay in office for more than three months after appointments, sparking speculation on the reasons behind the frequent changes in the state administration.

Governor Juma Ali Malou, whose orders came into effect on 29th August but were announced on the state owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation two days later, saw the removal and replacement of local government and Law Enforcement Ban Emmanuel Ija. The Minister of Education, Science and Technology Justine Philip Logu was also removed and replaced from the office.

Other affected officials include the secretary general of his administration and replaced Joseph Jaden Lado and Loku Zechariah Ella as the deputy. Three other officials were also given different assignments.

Yasir Moro was named the Commissioner for Terekeka Municipality while Joseph Elia Nyombe was appointed Deputy Municipal Commissioner for Land Administration and Alphonse Wani Togun for Administration and Finance. Wani Nyomburo was appointed Deputy of State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

2. For Tali County: Angelo Marie Nyikwac

3. For Gor: Victor Lado Moses

4. For Tijor: Joseph Loro Gaitano

5. For Gemeza: Henry Lado Tombe

6. For Tindilo: Gabriel Adam Agor

7. For Terekeka North: Richard Lado

8. For Nyori: Dominic Lado Zechariah
