Talanga FC (in orange) beat Nil (in green) by penalty shots 5 to 4 goals on Wednesday at Juba Stadium in in the Juba football association qualifiers for the South Sudan Cup 2016.
Regular time of the match had ended in a draw 2-2. Nil FC came close to winning with a lot of opportunities but was unable to convert.
This result eliminates Nil FC while Talanga FC moves on to face Malakia FC on 27 March in the second stage of the competition where the second division winning teams will face teams from the first division.
On Thursday, there will be not a match, but on Friday, 18 March City FC will face Nyakuron. The winner of that match will meet Kator FC on 28 March.
