Super Star FC on Sunday evening won the finals of Lainya's South Sudan Cup qualifiers beating Flying Eagles FC 2-0.

Bidali John scored the first goal for Super Star at the 35th minute of the first half before David Pengo touched the net for the second score at the 42nd minute of the game.

The match played at Lainya Freedom Square drew a crowd including government officials, women representatives, and religious leaders from the county.

Super Star FC will represent Lainya in the South Sudan Cup at the national level.

David Pengo brought Super Star to the finals when he scored at the 71st minute of the second half in their previous match last week against Lainya Central in a match that ended 1-0.
