A trader from the Darfur region was killed in Rumbek, Lakes State, and another wounded this morning by unidentified attackers.

The wounded victim Nur al-Din Ahmed said that they were at home on Wednesday morning at about 5:00 when three strangers entered the house, one of whom was wearing a military uniform.

He added that the invaders told the traders to get down. When one of the traders got up a gunman immediately opened fire.

The victim was identified as Adam Mohamed al-Tahar, 27 years. He was a clothing salesman.
