Sudanese diaspora protest Khartoum atrocities outside The Hague

Dozens of the Sudanese diaspora from Darfur and Nuba Mountains organized peaceful protests outside the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Holland on Saturday against the war in Darfur and the atrocities against civilians in South Kordofan and Blue Nile states.

Dozens of the Sudanese diaspora from Darfur and Nuba Mountains organized peaceful protests outside the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Holland on Saturday against the war in Darfur and the atrocities against civilians in South Kordofan and Blue Nile states.

The Sudanese diaspora also condemned killings of protesters in the September 2013 as well as arbitrary arrests of activists and students.

The protesters were addressed by chairman of the Darfurians Union in Holland, Khalid Abdullah, leader of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM), Jibril Ibrahim and a representative of the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) led by Abdel Wahid Mohamed Nur, and a group of other leaders.

The protests were organized by the Darfurians Union in the Netherlands in solidarity with the Nuba Mountains and Sudanese Asylum Seekers Committee in the Netherlands.
