Sudanese diapora in London protest bombings by Khartoum govt

Dozens of the Sudanese diaspora in London organized protests on Sunday demanding the international community to put pressure on the Khartoum government to stop targeting civilians in South Kordofan State and allow humanitarian access in the war-affected areas on the fourth anniversary of the war.

Majdi Kabashi, member of the information committee, told Radio Tamazuj that dozens of members of civil society organizations and opposition groups demonstrated peacefully yesterday on the fourth anniversary of the war in South Kordofan.

He explained that the Sudanese activists urged the international community to put pressure on the Khartoum government to stop targeting innocent civilians and to condemn aerial bombardments of civilians in various areas in Sudan.
