An aircraft belonging to the Sudanese government on Wednesday dropped bombs at Tabsa area in Abassiya Locality in Sudan’s South Kordofan State, local residents said.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj, several citizens said the Sudanese aircraft dropped about 8 bombs around 6:00 pm in the area. They said none of the residents was hurt by the bombing, but the incident stirred up fear among the local citizens.
Meanwhile, several activists in South Kordofan condemned the Khartoum government for targeting civilians where there was no presence of the SPLA-North rebels.
