Sudan’s Bahr Idris Abu-Garda said the host community and South Sudanese refugees in East Darfur State lack adequate health services.

Sudan’s Bahr Idris Abu-Garda said the host community and South Sudanese refugees in East Darfur State lack adequate health services.

In a press statement on Tuesday after visiting Korio refugee camp in East Darfur, Minister Abu-Garda called on health organizations and other health partners in collaboration with the national health ministry to provide more health services to the South Sudanese refugees and the host community.

Authorities in Bahr Al-Arab Locality in East Darfur state have recently banned South Sudanese refugees in Korio from going to the town.
