Normally the tribal leaders review violations of customary law, set grazing routes, and agree on ground rules for interaction and coexistence between the two tribes.

According to William Kolong, the upcomign conference is a follow-up meeting to review and implementation of recommendations made at the last conference bewteen the tribes.
