El Ahli Shendi football team beat Malakia Juba 3-0 in the CECAFA football tournament in Sudan’s Khartoum stadium on Saturday evening.

The first and the second goals were scored by Saeed El Saudi and Nadir Eltayib, while the third goal was scored by Rabia in the second half.

Football commentators said the El Ahli Shendi team showed professional style and good skills during the match, putting the Malakia goalkeeper under threat many times.

There were also serious attempts by the Juba team during the first half and also in the second half, but they were all stopped by the goalkeeper Munir El Khair.

With the defeat of Malakia Juba, El Ahli Shendi qualifies for the semi-finals.
