The officer identified as Captain Deng Chol was shot by unknown armed men while he was burning charcoal for sale.

“The incident occurred near the office. This was around 9 AM. There is a captain called Deng Jok working with me here, an SSPDF Captain. We do not know who killed him but when we followed the footmarks, they went out of Kudo but enters that side of Lowoi,” he said. “The perpetrator should surrender.”

“The person was killed while at a charcoal place, and I communicated with the Monyio-Miji to follow the person who killed him, we are still investigating to exactly know who killed the person,” he said. “What happened is a bad thing.
