Misseriya leaders that joined the opposition alliance known as the Sudan Revolutionary Front said they have completely taken control of Nyama in South Kordofan.

Fadul Al Serair told Radio Tamazuj that the alliance managed to take over the area after the Sudanese army started to withdraw and is now completely under their control.

He said the Front has no issue with the residents of Nyama but with the government in Khartoum. And warned Misseriya residents to stay away from military bases and areas of fighting.

The Misseriya leader said the Front is determined to continue its push and will not stop until it reaches Khartoum.
