The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North led by Abdel Aziz al-Hilu (SPLM-N al-Hilu) said it had decided to boycott the meetings of the Sudan Appeal group in Paris on Tuesday.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Wednesday, Amar Amon, the spokesman of the SPLM-N group led by al-Hilu said they have boycotted the meetings because the group led by Malik Aggar was taking part in the meetings using the name of SPLM-N.
He pointed out that his group was not consulted on the agenda of the meeting and that there was no clear vision on the unification of all opposition groups.
“Our stance is very clear on the roadmap that should be taken by all the opposition groups concerning any political consultation,” he said.
