South Sudanese 'women's bloc' says an inclusive peace revitalization process is the only viable means to achieve durable peace in the country.
Betty Sunday, member of the South Sudanese women's bloc, told Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday that they met with representatives of the East African regional IGAD in Juba where they discussed the revitalization process.
Sunday, who is also the executive director of Women’s Monthly Forum organization, explained that the peace deal was not implemented fully, especially the provisions that talk about the Hybrid Court to try the perpetrators of the civil war.
She urged the regional body to bring about peace in South Sudan by involving all stakeholders instead of putting personal interests ahead.
