South Sudanese girl who fled Kampala hospital found
A 20-year-old South Sudanese girl who escaped from a psychiatric hospital in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, has been found, family members have confirmed.
Relatives told Radio Tamazuj that Nyamach Luol escaped from Butabika National Referral Mental Hospital on June 12.
Luol’s brother, a minister in Maiwut State, said on Friday that her sister was found at a police station in Kiboga district last week.
He further said her health deteriorated, but she is currently on treatment.
Luol reportedly escaped from hospital with other Ugandan ladies.
