Two water tankers delivering water to a UN displaced persons camp were hijacked by armed soldiers in the last two days, according to a source. IDPs are complaining about lack of water deliveries in their sites.
Traffic along roads to Maridi from both main directions is closed. “No coming in or going out unless by plane, all roads are locked officially due to insecurity, even the route to Yambio,” said a source in the town, located in Western Equatoria.
