South Kordofan detainees transferred; families still denied visits

A number of the prisoners detained in Meiram, South Kordofan state for alleged ties to the Sudanese rebel group, SPLA-N, have been transferred to Kadugli prison according to family members.

Concerned about the wellbeing of the prisoners, families listed those transferred as al-Haja Adam, Hamad Adam al-Ansari, Yakub Ibrahim, Walid Juma, Faki Hassan, and Abdel Rahaman Hamid to Kadugli.  Ahamed Taher, Abas Salim and Odaidallah however, reportedly remained in custody in Babanusa.
