Skin disease attacks citizens in SPLA-N area in Dilling Locality

Citizen in the SPLA-N controlled territory in Dilling Locality of South Kordofan, Sudan report skin infections among children in the area.

Several parents told Radio Tamazuj that the disease starts with watery and itchy sores, which later bursts causing wounds on children’s bodies.

The complaining citizens said the disease broke out since last September, and has been responded to well owing to acute shortages of medicines in the area.

“The medicines we often use do not cure the infection,” one citizen said. They called upon the international NGOs to intervene urgently to provide them medicines.
