Citizens in Sudan’s Sennar State report a severe shortage of cooking gas these days amid complaints about restrictions imposed by the local authorities on distribution of cooking gas in the town.
Several citizens told Radio Tamazuj that the town is witnessing a crisis of cooking gas. They noted that a canister of cooking gas has reached 100 SDG at the market if found.
The citizens attributed the problem to the restrictions on the distribution of cooking gas in all residential areas, saying the quantities distributed by the government were inadequate.
