Scouts officials in South Sudan’s Northern Bahr al Ghazal have warned against a possible collapse of their activities if there is no support from the state government.
Joseph Kuac Ngor, Director of Scouts in greater Northern Bahr al Ghazal, called on the relevant authorities in the three states of the region to support the activities of scouts.
He explained that they did not receive any donation from the two ministries of education and youth and due to the current economic crisis.
Kuac pointed out that there are more than 1,400 female and male scouts in Aweil East and Lol States.
