Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has reiterated his country’s readiness to help in negotiations between Sudan and South Sudan in an attempt to resolve their disputes.

At a meeting with Sudan's Vice President Hassabo Mohammed Abdel-Rahman in Moscow on Monday, Lavorv said we are ready now and tomorrow to provide a forum in Moscow in order to normalize relations with neighbouring Sudan Sudan.

The Sudanese Vice President paid a visit to the Russian capital Moscow to discuss promotion of trade and cooperation between Khartoum and Moscow, and Russia’s role to resolve disputes between the two Sudans.
