Ramciel logo design contest winners announced in Juba

The finalists and winners of the 100, 000 SSP Ramciel logo design contest were announced on Thursday in the capital Juba.

A colorful design by South Sudanese designer Chol Anei took out the top place and the 100,000 prize. David Bandiko was announced the second winner.

The Ramciel logo design contest attracted several designers in the country. Mr Chol was announced the winner by a technical committee at a press conference organized at the premises of the ministry of parliamentary affairs on Thursday.

The logo is R and C combined.

The planned capital in Ramciel in Greater Lakes State is believed to be an ideal site for the nation’s new capital.

South Sudan and Morocco had signed a deal to build Ramciel that will see the national government relocate from current capital Juba.
