Wol Mawien, Minister of Information in South Sudan’s Lol State has complained about food insecurity due to failure of this year’s agricultural season in the state.
Speaking to Radio Tamazuj yesterday, Mawien said that irregular rains have negatively affected crop production this year, besides the issue of insecurity in Raja town.
He pointed out that many farmers do not go to their farms in fear of insecurity caused by armed groups in Raja area.
