A four day campaign to vaccinate children against polio will start tomorrow in Western Bahr el-Ghazal state’s Raja County.
Fathir Anjeri, the county immunization director, acknowledged that the campaign will include all county administrative units starting from Raja Town to Deim Zubeir and Timsah in addition to Boro Medina. Eighty-eight staff teams will be distributed throughout these areas in order to carry out campaign.
“The campaign will start on Tuesday; it will start Tuesday the 19th March and will continue for four days. On Tuesday we will start distributing the vaccines to Boro Medina and Deim Zubeir and we have others for Tmessah payam and Raja payam,” Anjeri reported.
This is Raja county’s fourth routine campaign.
