Authorities in Juba announced the arrest of a group of criminals believed to be partly responsible for a crime wave in South Sudan’s capital. The police said the move comes as part of a crackdown on armed robbery.
Police announced the recovery of 27 stolen vehicles from various places within Juba. The state-owned television station SSTV showed images of the stolen cars on Tuesday night.
