Residents of Greater Pibor Administrative Area are calling on their government to provide free health care due to high cost in medical services in the area.
Patients who talked to Radio Tamazuj said it cost 185 SSP for a malaria test and treatment which most families cannot afford.
“If you are not financially well off you cannot visit a clinic here in Pibor,” said one resident.
They said there is only one government clinic in Pibor yet it provides limited services.
“The line of people queuing is very long and some in this clinic,” said another resident.
