Paul Malong Awan, former army chief turned rebel leader, has directed formation of chapters in diaspora, pointing to the importance of the move.
Gen. Malong, according a letter dated April 20 and seen by Radio Tamazuj, directed formation of chapters in United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Demark, Eastern Africa, Egypt and other parts of Europe and Asian.
The chapters to be formed, according to the leader of South Sudan United Front, should meet democratic principles.
He stressed that the structure should comprise of the chairperson, deputy chairperson, secretary general, secretary for information, secretary for external relations and treasurer.
Malong said he would endorse the structure once done with the formation and organization.
