Police authorities in South Sudan’s Gbudue State announced that more than 70 armed opposition forces have surrendered and decided to join the state government.

Police authorities in South Sudan’s Gbudue State announced that more than 70 armed opposition forces have surrendered and decided to join the state government.

Speaking to Radio Tamazuj on Tuesday, Gbudue State Police Commissioner, James Monday Enocka said that the opposition forces abandoned rebellion in response to a call by the state government to join peace.
