The deputy governor of Sudan’s White Nile state said that 103 South Sudanese students are among students sitting for Sudan secondary school certificate exams in his state.
According to the ministry of education, 29,306 candidates are sitting for the nationwide examinations which started on Monday.
In a press statement, Sadiq Al-Tayib Al-Bukhari said the government has made all necessary arrangements to ensure the exams are successful.
White Nile state hosts the second largest number of South Sudanese refugees after East Darfur state.
