The ousted Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Western Bahr al Ghazal State will file a case with the Supreme Court in Juba protesting his removal from office last month.
Andrea Mayar told Radio Tamazuj that he arrived in Juba since the end of February and he has met with his lawyer in Juba to prepare to file a case this week with the court.
Mayar was impeached by fellow members of parliament but he says that Governor Rizig Zacharia was behind his dismissal and inappropriately interfered in the affairs of the legislature.
