The author of this article says it is important for society to take care of those who are disabled, since they too can contribute positively to social change.
The disabled group appeals to everyone, especially the government to work for the recognition of the rights of people with disability. It is necessary to ensure that there are sufficient benefits available for us especially the benefit of education to avert illiteracy and enable access to initiatives from the constitution.
The dignity of equal rights is inherent to the entire human family hence no one should be prohibited to enjoy what is rightfully important to him/her.
By putting that into consideration, fear and lack of trust is shaded off in people’s minds hence advancing the highest aspirations of the common man, especially the disabled who may have what it takes to bring about change in the society, and yet they are denied opportunities.
It is therefore essential for man not to be denied to have access to resources that one is rightfully created for because that will be tyranny of the highest order.
Human rights should be protected by the rule of law, to promote the development of a friendly environment. Declaration of human rights by progressive measures is a great standard of achievement to all individuals and organizations in a given society.
