A woman was killed and five other civilians were seriously injured in aerial bombardments in West Kordofan on Tuesday.

Multiple sources told Radio Dabanga that on Tuesday evening the Sudanese Air Force randomly bombed the area of Um Adara, close to the border of South Kordofan.

The bombing led to the death of Fatima Abdallah El Tayeb, the daughter of El Omda Habib, and the injury of Nayra Muhamed El Tayeb, Mirayim Ali Jamaa, Ni’mat Ali Yusef, Hassan Saleh Hemeidan, and Yusef Nayir El Dawi.

The sources noted that the people on the border between West and South Kordofan are living “in great terror and fear caused by the Sudanese Air Force’s indiscriminate, intense bombardments as well as ongoing abuses by the government militias in the region”.
