Officials in the Greater Pibor Administrative Area are calling for non-governmental organizations to return to Pochalla County and deliver services following improvements to security in the area.
Many NGO workers were evacuated following violence in Pochalla last month. The unrest started when two people were shot dead during a food distribution exercise.
The Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Coordinator in the area, Okwier Ojullo, told Radio Tamazuj that the situation has calmed down following peace talks on Saturday.
He said several agencies have called to check in on the situation and he has encouraged them to return.
